By using the services of Layla Business Studio, a brand of Azrah Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd (CIPC Reg. No. 2015/252734/07), you agree to the following terms:

Services

We provide company registration, branding, website design, online store setup, compliance, retainers/care plans and business support services. Service scope is defined per project, package or retainer plan agreed with the client.

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on this website are starting points and may vary based on project scope. A custom quote will be provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work typically requires a deposit before commencement, with the balance due before final handover or go-live. Payment may be made by EFT or via a secure online payment link where offered. Payment plans may be available on selected packages at our discretion.

Retainers & Care Plans

Retainer fees are billed monthly or annually in advance as selected by the client. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Government fees, domain registrations, premium plugins, third-party software and CIPC/SARS statutory fees are not included in retainer fees unless expressly stated and will be quoted separately when applicable. Unused monthly content-edit allowances do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for registration, branding, website and compliance work. Delays in providing information may affect turnaround times.

Third-Party Services

Company registration is subject to CIPC processing times. Website hosting, domains, email providers and payment gateways are subject to third-party provider terms and pricing.

Refunds

Due to the nature of registration and design services, fees for work already completed or submitted to third parties (e.g. CIPC) are non-refundable. Prepaid retainer periods already commenced are non-refundable, though cancellation stops future billing after the notice period. Refund eligibility for unstarted project work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
